Job summary

Evri Group is recruiting for night-shift Class 1 drivers to join our premier parcel delivery network across the UK. You will drive a Volvo or similar vehicle, 4-year-old or newer, on 9-hour shifts typically starting at 5pm/6pm, with a 45-hour week and Monday to Friday pattern on site.

We offer a supportive workplace with planned routes and benefits. Requirements include a Class 1 driving licence and completed DCPC hours or in progress, plus good knowledge of road transport laws and safe driving.

Qualifications

• Class 1 Driving licence required.
• DCPC training hours completed or in progress.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Laws and safe driving practice.

Responsibilities

• Drive a lorry from our modern fleet to regional hubs on the night shift.
• Trunking to regional hubs on the night shift and be home after each shift.
• Inspect vehicle and trailer daily and complete a Defect Report if needed.
• Scan consignments and use pallet trucks where applicable.
