Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to own a production line in a busy food manufacturing environment. You will deliver targets, develop people and drive continuous improvement, working with Shift Leaders and cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Team Leader, Line Leader or Production Supervisor role within manufacturing.
• Skilled in managing performance, prioritising workload and solving operational problems.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, quality and health & safety standards.
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, service and cost targets.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators, using data to identify issues and drive improvement.
• Champion a positive food safety, quality and health & safety culture across your area.
• Coach, develop and support team members, new starters and future talent.
• Manage resource planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels and capability across the line.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste and deliver cost savings.
• Work closely with Technical, Engineering, HR, L&D and HSE teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality and legislative requirements.
