Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Line Leader to support daily line operations, drive quality and performance, and develop the capabilities of the production team. You will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.

The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, focusing on people development, operational performance and continuous improvement. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production line teams in food manufacturing.
• Clear communicator who can engage and support others.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
• Ability to identify issues and take proactive action to resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily running of the production line alongside the Area Manager.
• Support line performance to achieve targets, run speeds and quality standards.
• Train and develop new starters and existing operatives to build a multi-skilled team.
• Monitor team performance and contribute to individual training plans.
