Job summary

Tesco PLC in Haslemere is seeking a Night Shift Lead to steer store operations during the night hours. You’ll lead the team, oversee daily activities, and ensure a great customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25, with a £2.35 night premium between midnight and 6am.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service
• Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day
