Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to guide in-store teams and deliver great customer experiences. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coach colleagues, and be the go-to person in the Manager’s absence.

Availability includes nights and weekend coverage; minimum 16 hours per week; base pay from £15.59/hour with £2.35 night premium between midnight and 6am. In this role you’ll interact with all store areas, maintain service standards, and support colleagues to perform their best.

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to meet customer needs.
• Clear communicator who informs the team effectively.
• Natural leader who motivates the team to deliver results.
