Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight teams and ensure the store is customer-ready for the next day in the UK. You will empower colleagues, manage shift operations and drive service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting into Store Management, you will be responsible for scheduling, training, performance conversations and maximizing store availability while upholding Morrisons' standards and values.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a team in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to share knowledge and practices.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across areas.
• Adaptable to change and able to challenge effectively.
• Senior Manager level leadership experience preferred.
