Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night shift, ensuring stock, safety and readiness for the next day’s trade. You’ll report to the Store Manager and empower your team to deliver strong results through proactive planning and clear communication.

You will coach and develop colleagues, manage scheduling, attendance and resources, and collaborate with other store managers to meet targets while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

• Experience leading, supporting, and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural communicator who shares knowledge and keeps others informed.
• Ability to build strong relationships across the store and adapt to new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift, ensuring the store is stocked, safe, and ready for trade.
