Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead our night shift, ensuring the store is fully stocked, clean, and ready for trade each morning. You will report to the Store Manager and empower your team to deliver service and efficiency through the night.

You will coordinate shifts, train staff, and drive performance while collaborating with other store managers to uphold stock integrity and safety standards across the department.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift team to ensure stock, cleanliness and readiness for the next day.
• Manage department scheduling, attendance, and resource planning for each night shift.
• Train, coach and develop team members to grow their skills and readiness for future talent.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and other managers to meet targets and maintain safety and standards.
