Pure is seeking a Night Shift Kitchen Manager to lead the night kitchen team, ensuring the highest quality of food and a clean, well-presented kitchen that always follows food safety standards.

This hands-on role requires an energetic, outgoing leader who leads by example and motivates the team. You will manage high-volume production, coach staff, and maintain clear communication with line managers while upholding Pure values.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Kitchen Manager.
• Experience managing high volume food production and deliveries.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Passion for food and people.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Night Shift kitchen team ensuring a consistent food production of the highest quality.
• Training, coaching and development of the kitchen team.
• Managing all aspects of the kitchen health and safety in accordance with the law.
• Stock ordering and analysis.
• Ensuring and maintaining a clear communication with line managers.
