Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in injection moulding.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and numeracy skills.
• Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Training operators and maintaining health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Setting up production runs and first-off inspections.
• Performing quality checks and optimising moulding cycles.
• Supporting continuous improvement across the moulding department.
• Driving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement.
• Carrying out planned maintenance on machines and moulds.
• Ensuring materials are correctly identified and processed.
• Training and supporting operators as required.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and safety.
