Responsibilities

• Diagnose moulding and processing problems, adjusting to restore production.
• Support night-shift operators with technical issues to reduce stoppages.
• Monitor component quality, identify defects and take corrective action to minimise scrap.
• Set and adjust machinery within training and authorisation, assist with tool changes.
• Operate moulding equipment and assist with removal, trimming, and packing.
• Adhere to production methods, quality standards and handover communication.
• Maintain safe working practices and a clean production area.
