Job summary

ASC Connections seeks an Injection Moulding Technician to join a modern, well-equipped facility in the United Kingdom. You will support the shift team and help maintain high-quality production.

The role covers tool changes, troubleshooting, TPM activities, and quality checks. Candidates should have proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter, Tool Setter, or Technician with strong knowledge of polymers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter, Tool Setter, or Technician.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of polymers.
• Skilled in tool changes and troubleshooting moulding/processing issues.
• Experience in carrying out TPM activities.

A leading manufacturer of plastic components, supplying a variety of industries, is looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join their growing team.

Up to £40,000, Monday - Friday

Based in a modern, well-equipped, and clean facility, you will work alongside an established team and play a key role in maintaining consistent, high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the shift with minimal downtime
• Carry out tool changes (typically 2 per shift, approx. 1 hour)
