Catering in Rochester is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter/Supervisor for the night shift. You will oversee six operators and work with Production to run safe, efficient processes on the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or Technician.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and troubleshooting.
• Supervisory or team-leader experience is desirable.
• Experience with automation, robots, Lean or ISO systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set and start injection moulding machines.
• Carry out mould tool changes.
• Troubleshoot moulding, machine and process issues.
• Optimise cycle times, quality and productivity.
• Lead and support a team of six operators.
• Monitor production and minimise downtime.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Promote Health & Safety, housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Support continuous improvement and automation projects.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams.
