Job summary

Impact Recruitment are seeking two Production Operatives for a weekend night shift in Corby. You will operate injection moulding machinery, monitor output, and maintain quality throughout a 36-hour week (Fri–Sun, 18:00–06:00).

Typical duties include loading/unloading, quality checks, and reporting faults, with six days of paid training prior to permanent placement. Starting pay is £14 per hour, rising to £14.50 after probation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Good eye for detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Willing to learn and follow established production procedures.
• Seeking a long-term, permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machinery throughout the shift.
• Unload finished products from machinery.
• Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specification.
• Report any machine faults or production issues to the supervisor.
• Pack finished products ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all health & safety and production procedures.
