First Call Contract Services Limited is seeking an Import Export Administrator to join the Aviation branch in Feltham, London. This permanent, in-person role offers night shifts and weekend work on a rota basis, with pay starting at £14.62 per hour and rising to £15.12 per hour, plus overtime.

You will manage customs documentation, support import/export activities, and ensure shipments move smoothly through customs processes. Strong admin skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience within logistics, freight or customs.
• Good understanding of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Strong MS Office skills and accurate data entry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import and export customs documentation.
• Ensure customs declarations are completed accurately and on time.
• Verify shipment information and supporting documentation.
• Enter and maintain accurate data across customs systems.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve queries.
• Monitor entries and assist in resolving clearance issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures and company processes.
• Support the wider customs and operations teams with admin duties.
• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
