First Call Contract Services Limited is seeking an Import Export Administrator to join the Aviation branch in Feltham, London. This permanent, in-person role offers night shifts and weekend work on a rota basis, with pay starting at £14.62 per hour and rising to £15.12 per hour, plus overtime.

You will manage customs documentation, support import/export activities, and ensure shipments move smoothly through customs processes. Strong admin skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Import Export Administrator to join the busy Customs Team based in Feltham.

This is a fast-paced role where accuracy and organisation are essential. You’ll be responsible for processing customs documentation, supporting import and export activities, and ensuring shipments move efficiently through customs processes.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of CDS (Customs Declaration Service).
• Understanding of Incoterms, tariff classifications and customs valuation.
• Experience using NCTS or NES systems.
