Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Hygiene Supervisor to lead the hygiene team in a food manufacturing environment. You will ensure the factory is clean, safe and ready for production, while upholding high standards of hygiene, food safety and health and safety.

You will drive continuous improvement, support audits and customer visits, deliver training, and maintain accurate records and documentation to sustain compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hygiene teams in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of BRC and HACCP standards.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and hygiene systems.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• IT literate and able to use hygiene software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the hygiene team.

• Plan and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
