Lanes Group PLC is a leading nationwide utility services provider with a focus on wastewater and environmental services. The role involves independently operating a vacuum tanker to collect, transport and dispose of non-hazardous liquid waste across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.

You will perform daily inspections, maintain accurate electronic records, liaise with customers, and ensure work is completed in compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Formación

• HGV Class 2 licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Full, valid CPC is desirable.
• Experience with working with tankers is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Independently drive and operate a vacuum tanker to collect, transport and dispose of non-hazardous liquids across Leeds and Yorkshire.
• Carry out daily vehicle and jetting equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
• Update electronic records accurately for all loads and routes.
• Liaise with customers to coordinate collections and deliveries.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Overtime paid at time and a half over standard hours.
• Perform 4 on 4 off night shift pattern as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any defects.
