Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for our Haydock depot, serving Sainsbury’s. This full-time, permanent role involves a 48-hour week across a 5-out-of-7 pattern, with shifts from 23:00 to 01:00.

You will deliver to stores, handle paperwork, and operate vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with tachograph and driving-hour rules. Competitive pay and benefits accompany opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Requires full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph Card are required.
• No more than 6 penalty points; no disqualifying endorsements in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer stores accurately and on time.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to Drivers' hours, Tachograph, Working Time, and Road Traffic Act regulations.
