Job summary

Omnia Resourcing Ltd in Manchester is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for a well-established logistics company. This is a permanent role with a £47,304 total annual compensation including a £3,000 annual bonus, and a guaranteed 48+ hours per week.

Typical shifts run 7:00pm to 5:00am, with trunking deliveries and light yard duties on return. The position offers company-funded CPC training and a strong health and safety commitment.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence (C+E) with CPC and Tachograph Card.
• No DR, DD or IN10 convictions; up to 6 penalty points.
• Willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol test and CRC background check.

Responsibilities

• Trunking deliveries to a regional depot and returning with a loaded trailer.
• Each run typically takes around 6 hours.
• Assist with light yard duties on return to depot to prepare vehicles/trailers.
• Typical shift: 7:00pm–5:00am; Monday to Friday, weekends off.
