Job summary

Workchain is recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver for night shifts at our Haydock warehouse in Merseyside. The role involves unloading trailers containing heavy internal doors and reloading them onto other trailers, in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start with the potential to go permanent.

Applicants must hold a valid forklift licence, have relevant operating experience, and be reliable and safety-conscious. Night shifts run Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm start, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence and relevant operating experience.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
• Ability to work night shifts in a busy warehouse.
• Able to perform manual handling and lifting of heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Unload trailers containing doors.
• Reload doors onto trailers as required.
• Assist with manual handling when needed.
