Job summary

Workchain is recruiting for an experienced Night Shift FLT Driver in Derby. You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, assist with container-tipping, and perform general warehouse duties in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and prior warehouse/logistics experience. The role offers a fixed 4‑night schedule, stable ongoing work, and excellent work-life balance with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous FLT experience.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Able to commit to a permanent night shift pattern.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and containers.
• Assist with container-tipping operations.
• Move materials around the site and carry out general warehouse duties.
• Follow site health and safety procedures and work as part of a team.
