Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Production Operative for Extrusion Nights at our Bradley Business Park site. The role focuses on safe, efficient extrusion processes, quality checks, and timely production with a team that values professionalism and continuous development.

Qualifications

• Good numeracy and general education are required.
• Basic knowledge of computers is expected.
• Manufacturing background is desirable.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to correct procedures and ensure on-time documentation.
• Maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Keep department machines in good condition and report maintenance issues.
• Perform health and safety checks and support 5S practices.
• Carry out quality checks for each job and complete production paperwork.
