Job summary

Jonathan Lee Group are seeking an Engineering Team Leader to head the night shift engineering team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will drive proactive maintenance, improve equipment reliability, and help deliver a safe, efficient operation while supporting your team.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on reducing downtime, maintaining food safety standards, and coordinating with Packhouse and line leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift engineering team to deliver daily activities and high workmanship.
• Drive proactive maintenance to improve reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with Packhouse Manager and line leaders to minimise downtime.
• Develop and maintain engineering SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure maintenance, servicing, and calibration are documented.
• Manage external contractors and uphold health, safety and quality standards.
