Job summary

Depaul UK is hiring Young People Support Workers in Manchester. You will support young people 18-25, carry a caseload, conduct risk and wellbeing assessments, and help create safe environments that foster independent living.

Night shift roles available across Burnage Lane and Safestop Manchester, with up to 37.5 hours per week and a rota that may include unsocial hours. Benefits include training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people or those facing homelessness.
• Knowledge of risks assessments and care planning.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and equality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of clients during shifts.
• Manage a small caseload and support planning.
• Lead risk and needs assessments for key clients.
