You will plan preventive and reactive work, oversee fault diagnostics, and drive continuous improvements to maximise uptime.

The role requires hands-on electro-mechanical expertise, supervisory experience, and strong planning and communication skills to support both Maintenance and Production teams within a global

Qualificações

• Fully proficient in electro-mechanical repair and installation with a formal qualification (BTEC/C&G).
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Experience with control systems, PLCs and process equipment typical in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and support the Maintenance Night Shift Team to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across plant equipment and facilities.
• Maintain machinery to maximise reliability, performance and uptime.
• Oversee fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support to Maintenance and Production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
• Manage maintenance records, schedules, and maintenance-related documentation.
