Job summary

CV Technical Limited is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor for permanent night shifts in Redditch. You will lead the engineering team while actively participating in maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown support across the site.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, experience supervising engineers, and a background in manufacturing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to supervise, lead or mentor engineers.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities.
• Experience with both planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering function during the night shift, ensuring maintenance is completed and downtime minimized.
• Supervise and support the maintenance team on nights and prioritise breakdowns.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance and fault-finding across production equipment.
• Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is completed.
• Support PLC fault-finding and diagnostics where required.
• Take part in handovers and maintain maintenance records.
