HYF Recruitment is hiring an experienced Night Shift Document Production Specialist for a fully remote, permanent role in the UK, working Monday to Friday from 10pm to 6am. The position offers £41,000 per year plus an exceptional bonus and benefits.

You will produce, format and amend legal documents, manage PDF workflows, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines while collaborating with lawyers across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist in a law firm.
• Advanced MS Word and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong formatting and attention to detail with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates.
• Processing document conversions and managing PDF workflows.
• Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting.
• Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations.
• Managing documents within the firm’s cloud-based document management system.
• Conducting thorough quality checks before returning completed work.
• Delivering a high-quality service while meeting tight deadlines.

The role

As part of the firm’s specialist Document Production team, you’ll produce, format and amend a wide variety of legal documents to the highest standards, delivering an accurate and responsive service in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio
• Exceptional formatting skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
