Job summary

Aligra Cardiff is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Despatch Operative in Cardiff to join a busy logistics team. You will contribute to efficient order processing and timely deliveries while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role runs 22:00–03:00, weekdays and weekends, on a full-time basis with local site work. You will use WMS and basic PC skills to ensure accuracy and quality in daily despatch tasks, supporting customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
• Comfortable using PCs and WMS or similar systems.
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
• Flexible and proactive approach to workplace challenges.
• External FLT licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Zero Harm workplace by identifying and reporting hazards.
• Pick, load, unload, and manage orders accurately to meet daily targets.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure operational accuracy.
• Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant for audits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
