Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts in Reading. You will help customers, prepare and serve café items, handle deliveries and stock, and support promotions and loyalty schemes. A collaborative team environment and on‑the‑job training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies and procedures.
• Serve customers efficiently, meeting their needs promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve foods and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and handle stock management tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and the loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
