Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking enthusiastic Customer Assistants for our Food section in Wilmslow. This frontline role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service, stocking shelves, and guiding customers to the products they want.

Night shifts from 22:00 to 08:00 with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium apply between 22:00 and 06:00. You’ll be a brand ambassador, comfortable with digital tools and thriving under pressure to meet peak demand.

Qualifications

• Frontline role requiring resilience and excellent customer service.
• Ability to adapt to busy store environments and changing tasks.
• Comfort using store digital tools to assist customers and process purchases.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service at pace during busy periods.
• Help customers locate and choose food products and make recommendations.
• Utilise Sparks App and store devices to enhance the shopping experience.
• Be flexible to work across multiple store areas as needs change.
