Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Sheffield is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Food section. You'll be on the frontline, delivering five-star service and helping customers with knowledge of our Food range.

You'll work night shifts (Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat 21:00-06:00) with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours between 22:00-06:00. Flexibility, teamwork and digital savvy with Sparks App and in-store devices are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older due to night-shift safety.
• Willing to work unsocial hours (night shifts) with premium.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Digital confidence with Sparks App and in-store devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service and assist customers.
• Sell and recommend food products to customers.
• Operate across different store areas as needed.
