Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a young man in his 20s with complex healthcare needs during night shifts at his home in Rocklands, near Norwich.

You will deliver complex, person-centred clinical care overnight, including personal care, BiPAP support, medication administration and physiotherapy assistance while coaching support workers for high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration.
• Experience in complex care setting (ideally with young adults or children).
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and team leadership skills.
• A dependable, proactive and kind-natured personality.
• A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for travel).

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bowel, urinary and hygiene routines).
• Night-time BiPAP support.
• Medication administration.
• Suctioning and manual handling.
• Physiotherapy assistance.
• Coach and upskill support workers on the care package.
