Job summary
Libertatem Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a young man in his 20s with complex care needs during night shifts at his home near Norwich. You will deliver person-centred clinical care, including BiPAP, personal care, and medication administration, while coaching support workers to maintain high-quality, safe overnight care.
The role requires a valid NMC registration, experience in complex care, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid NMC registration.
- Experience in complex care, ideally with young adults or children.
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex, person-centred clinical care including personal care, night-time BiPAP support, medication administration, suctioning and manual handling, and physiotherapy assistance.
- Coach and upskill support workers on the care package, promoting learning and confidence.
- Lead clinically while collaborating with a home care team to ensure safe overnight care.
