The role requires an RGN/RN with current NMC registration, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to a young adult with complex needs. Competitive pay and training are provided.

Registered Nurse – Complex Care Nursing Opportunity

Libertatem Healthcare is recruiting a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) to provide specialist complex care nursing support for a client living in her own home in Attleborough, Norfolk.


This Registered Nurse opportunity is ideal for experienced RGNs, RNs, Complex Care Nurses, Community Nurses, Adult Nurses, and Home Care Nurses seeking a rewarding role where they can make a genuine difference to someone's life.


Working within a specialist home care setting, you will utilise your clinical skills to support a young adult with complex healthcare needs, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.


About the Client

You will be supporting a 28-year-old female living with:



  • Severe Epilepsy

  • Autism

  • Learning Disabilities


The client has a gastrostomy and PEG for medication administration and requires support with:



  • Medication administration

  • Personal care

  • Washing and dressing

  • Toileting support


She enjoys baking, jigsaw puzzles, swimming, walks, trips to the beach, and visiting cafés and pubs.


The family home has two friendly Labradors, so applicants must be comfortable around dogs.


Registered Nurse Responsibilities

As a Complex Care Nurse, your responsibilities may include:



  • Seizure monitoring and management

  • Medication administration

  • PEG and gastrostomy care

  • Enteral feeding

  • Oxygen therapy

  • Delivering person-centred nursing care

  • Supporting independence and quality of life

  • Working collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals

  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and care documentation

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RN)

  • Active NMC Registration

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Excellent clinical and communication skills

  • A passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care


Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:
