Job summary

Care4ocus t/a Care4cous Ltd in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support a 16-year-old male client in his family home, with a focus on overnight NIV support.

You will work 50 hours per week across 10-hour night shifts, Monday to Friday, providing safe, person-centred care as part of the wider care team, with package-specific training and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care and NIV/respiratory support preferred.
• Comfort with overnight care and working with a young client.
• Ability to work as part of a wider care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight NIV-supported care with safety and person-centered approach.
• Work as part of the care team to coordinate shifts and report needs.
• Attend package-specific training and competency assessments as required.
