Job summary

Care4ocus t/a Care4cous Ltd in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support a 16-year-old male client in his family home, with a focus on overnight NIV support.

You will work 50 hours per week across 10-hour night shifts, Monday to Friday, providing safe, person-centred care as part of the wider care team, with package-specific training and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care and NIV/respiratory support preferred.
• Comfort with overnight care and working with a young client.
• Ability to work as part of a wider care team.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support a 16-year-old male client within his family home in Nottingham.

The package involves supporting the client with non-invasive ventilation (NIV) during overnight hours.

The Package

• 10-hour night shifts

What we're looking for

We are seeking a confident, reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistant with experience in complex care and, ideally, previous experience supporting clients with NIV or respiratory needs.

You will need to be comfortable working overnight and able to provide safe, person-centred support while working as part of the wider care team.

Package-specific training and competency assessment will be provided where required.
