Job summary

Independent Community Care Management Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to provide overnight care in a family home, supporting a night-time ventilator-dependent client. You’ll play a pivotal role in personal care, airway support, and mobility, with animal-friendly conditions and a caring, confident approach.

Full nurse-led training is provided, and the role offers flexibility and opportunities for growth within the CCH family across Northampton and beyond.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will ideally have some care experience.
• We do provide full nurse led training so this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills as complex care assistant and be a part of a team that makes a real difference.
