Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Support Worker (Band 3) for Mansfield, working 36 hours per week across night shifts (8pm–5am). The role offers permanent, full-time opportunities with salary £25,760–£27,476 per annum (pro rata for part time).

You’ll join a supportive team, delivering patient‑centred care and progressing through training pathways to advance within Community Nursing.

Qualifications

• NVQ III in Health and Social Care, Care Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or community settings is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake DBS checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care as part of the community nursing team.
• Work across Mansfield Community Hospital, Lings Bar Hospital and Ollerton Health Centre.
• Support learning pathways and participate in road maps to progression.
