Job summary

A leading UK manufacturing partner is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for night shifts in Redditch. The role involves operating 4 and 5 Axis Heller CNC machines to produce precision components for aerospace and defense sectors. The successful candidate must have experience with CNC tools and be adept at quality control. The position offers a starting pay of £14 per hour, increasing to £16 after 4 weeks, along with a shift allowance. Candidates must commit to the night shift hours from 20:00 to 06:00.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with CNC machine tools is required.
• Ability to set up machines and perform quality inspections.
• Skilled in working to tight tolerances and in process measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate 4 and 5 Axis Heller CNC machines competently.
• Load raw materials into CNC machines and monitor operations.
• Modify tool offsets and perform quality inspections.
