Care Concern Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Unit Manager (RGN or RMN) to lead a dedicated care unit in Scotland. You will drive clinical excellence, ensure regulatory compliance and steer the team to deliver safe, person-centred care within a structured leadership environment.

The role offers progression into senior management and a supportive development program, with paid PVG, pension, and uniform provided as part of a well-led team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision making skills.
• Experience leading or managing a clinical team.
• Confidence overseeing standards, compliance and performance.
• Ability to mentor staff.
• Good communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the unit.
• Ensure high quality, safe and effective care at all times.
• Oversee clinical governance, medication management and performance.
• Support service delivery, staff development and operational oversight.
