Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for the Derry/Londonderry site at Ladbrokes Central Court. The role focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning across offices, toilets and common areas in line with client specifications.

We value exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and reliability. The post requires遵守 health, safety and hygiene standards, and may involve night shifts within a 4-hour weekly pattern.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• NVQ/SVQ Level 1 in Cleaning Building Interiors is advantageous.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills required for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service as per client specifications.
• Respond to customer requirements promptly and professionally.
• Carry out cleaning of offices, toilets/showers, and site-wide areas.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is checked regularly.
• Report defects to Line Manager and maintain safe, tidy work areas.
• Follow company procedures, health and safety policies, and HACCP regulations.
