b3 jobs in West Sussex is seeking a Skilled Baker to join a friendly, passionate team at a well-established bakery. You will contribute to daily production and ensure recipes are followed to a high standard.

The role offers a salary up to £34,000 per year, with 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, free food on site, and parking. Working hours are 4:00am to 1:00pm, five days a week, with Sundays and Thursdays off.

Qualifications

• Strong team player with a passion for producing high-quality bakery products.
• Knowledge of dough mixing, oven work and finishing bakery products.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce a range of bakery products to the highest standard and quality using the company recipe specifications.
• Prepare ingredients ready for mixing.
• Manually shape (or use the relevant machine) products.
• Maintain an awareness of the production plan and ensure that this is always met.
