The role involves working 5 days a week, 4:00am to 1:00pm, with Sundays and Thursdays off, and includes free food on site, parking, and 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. The site is commutable from Steyning and nearby towns in West Sussex.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of baking methods including dough mixing, oven work and finishing products

Responsibilities

• Produce a range of bakery products to the highest standard and follow company recipes
• Prepare ingredients for mixing
• Manually shape products or use relevant machines
• Maintain awareness of production plan and meet targets
