Job summary

Accommodations Plus International (API) is seeking an Airline Support Specialist for overnight hours to manage hotel and ground transportation bookings for airline partners. The role emphasizes professional, courteous service while handling disruptions and schedule changes.

The position requires staying productive overnight, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow in a global travel tech environment. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• On-site liaison with airline partner and training.
• Process reservations via the API Operations system; respond promptly and accurately.
• Handle disruptions and schedule changes with professional service.
• Learn and maintain API call center methodologies and training currency.
• Overnight shift experience and/or customer service ops experience is preferred.
• Second language ability (French or Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as API's on-site liaison with the airline partner, providing support and training.
• Process client requests from the airline through the API Operations system; assess needs and respond promptly.
• Follow up on all client requests; ensure tasks are fully executed and client satisfaction.
• Alert supervisor to critical issues that require management involvement.
• Negotiate with hotels and transport vendors for best outcomes for the client and API.
• Adapt to irregular operations and on-call requirements outside regular hours.
• Use reservation tools to track and resolve client needs and expectations.
