Bath and North East Somerset Council is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Cleeve Court in Bath. This fixed-term role covers 27.5 hours per week on a two-week rota, supporting the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care for residents living with varying frailty and dementia in a residential setting.

The role involves supervising staff, rota management, audits, staff development, medication administration, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and council policies.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading a team in a supervisory capacity.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff and support the Registered Manager to maintain high levels of care.
• Day-to-day management of Cleeve Court, including rota cover, audits and staff development.
• Administration of medication.
• Maintain knowledge of CQC regulations and follow policy and procedure proactively.
