Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a team in supervisory capacity.
• Background in nursing, domiciliary care, learning disabilities or healthcare.
• Willingness to work across two care homes on a casual basis.

• Lead shifts and ensure staff deliver meaningful engagement and activities.
• Ensure care floors are staffed appropriately with guidance during supervision.
• Maintain knowledge of CQC regulations and follow policies proactively.
• Support staff during emergencies and conduct audits with constructive feedback.
