Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to provide client-centred care in a Nottingham care home and to supervise a team of Care Assistants with the Deputy General Manager.

You will support clinical colleagues in medication, assessments and care plans while maintaining dignity and a warm, welcoming environment. If you are compassionate, dependable and eager to develop through training, this role offers rewarding progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
