Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to look after residents and deliver quality, person-centred care in one of our care homes.

You will supervise Care Assistants with the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, and care plans, always respecting residents' dignity.

This role offers ongoing training and the chance to develop into roles such as Care Practitioner or nursing, with a warm, welcoming environment.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to individualised care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and inspire Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support clinical areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or reviews while ensuring dignified resident care.
