Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to join one of our care homes in the UK. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and provide person-centred care to residents, including supporting the clinical team with medication, care plans and care reviews.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or reviews.
• Ensure dignity and personalised care for residents.
• Create a warm, welcoming and vibrant care environment.
